Q: Will my block paved driveway need re-sanding after you pressure wash it.

A: Yes. A small amount of sand will be lost from in-between the blocks and we will always replace it. The surface needs to be dry, so we will return the following day (weather permitting) to sweep new kiln dried sand back into the gaps.

Q: Can you empty my gutters even though I have a large conservatory in the way.

A: Yes we can. We very rarely need to have direct access to the gutter. We clear your gutters with a powerful vacuum and extendable poles. This means we can reach over obstacles, and up to tall buildings, all from the safety of the ground.  

Q: Can you remove the black spots from my patio.

A: Yes we can. It is almost impossible to completely remove black spot lichen with just high pressure water alone. We will have to give the surface a soft wash treatment after.

Q: What is soft washing.

A: Soft washing is a cleaning method that relies on the use of chemicals, typically biocides and bleaches instead of high pressure water.

Q: When you clean windows do you just clean the glass or do clean the frames too.

A: We always clean the full window, including the frames. 

Q: Do you clean windows the traditional way or with a water fed pole.

A: We choose to use the water fed pole technique. The specially designed brushes reach into all the small little gaps on the window frames, freeing the dirt that you would never be able to get with the traditional method. Plus it can all be done from the safety of the ground. 

Q: How much will it cost it clean my driveway.

A: Patio and driveway cleaning is charged on the size of the job and we charge per square meter. Some jobs may require a soft wash treatment, application of weed killer or re-sanding, all done for a small additional charge. Larger jobs the price per square meter is slightly less. We will always come to your property so we can give you a detailed quote. 

Q: Will the chemicals you use on my patio effect my plants and grass.

A: No. At Able Power Clean we are experience professionals, and when used correctly your plants and grass will be completely unharmed.
